  1. Lavender - this oil is a must for beach vacations or after a day at the pool because it soothes the skin after a bit too much sun. Rub a drop or two on the area of concern - diluted. Or, I combine this with lemon and peppermint to make an incredible blend to address seasonal allergies. Combine this with tea tree for the perfect After Bite Roller. I also use this to make an ouchy roller. (equal parts, Frank, Lavender and Tea Tree). Or use Correct X. (natural polysporin) - See what I did there?….snuck in a few more faves.

  2. OnGuard Sanitizing Mist - this antibacterial spray kills 99.9% of germs and is a must to carry in the car, your purse, or send with your kids to summer camp.

  3. Breathe | Easy Air - for the occasional stuffy nose, where any kind of respiratory support is needed, or if anyone in your family has issues being around animals, Breathe or Easy Air is the oil you want on hand! Rub 1-2 drops diluted over the lungs, sinuses, bottoms of the feet, back of the neck, or diffuse as needed. If you want a ‘ready-to-go’ version, try the Breath Stick.

  4. TerraShield - this non-toxic oil blend comes keep the mosquitos and other bugs away. I used some of this last summer when the mosquitos were out in full force and didn't get a single bite!

  5. Deep Blue Rub - if you're planning on doing any hiking this summer, bring some Deep Blue along! Rub a ‘squirt’ or two directly on to the area of concern to soothe those sore muscles. Also great for sore shoulders from working at a desk all day long. I mean…not everyone gets summers off!

  6. Wild Orange - this is a great oil for both energy and to reduce anxiety. I love using it for road trips, or to diffuse throughout the day in the house. You can also add a drop to smoothies or creamy homemade popsicles. (use the new protein powder for a delicious result)

  7. DigestZen - this is my go-to for any and all digestive support needs. Simply rub 1-2 drops on the area of concern or take 1-2 drops internally. DigestZen also comes in capsule form, which makes it super easy to carry in your bag when you're out and about. It’s the perfect blend for after a night of too many drinks or foods. :)

  8. OnGuard and Easy Air with Diffuser - this kit is amazing for travelling. It comes to the cottage….when we travel and when we camp. Immunity and respiration wonders!

  9. Peppermint - this oil helps to alleviate occasional stomach upset and promotes healthy respiratory function. It also has a cooling affect on the skin, which is great when you've gotten a bit too much sun. It's also a helpful oil to use to help wake you up and give you more energy (a MUST for car trips). You can rub a drop or two on your feet, on the back of your neck, on the area of concern, diffuse or take internally.

  10. Yarrow Pom Renewal Serum - for amazing looking skin, this essential oil is a favourite to give you a glowy vibe!

  11. ok…I just couldn’t keep it to 10. i LOVE grapefruit essential oil topically in a carrier oil rubbed on my skin to reduce the appearance of cellulite. I also drink this in water to reduce water retention. Smart and Sassy, DoTerra’s metabolic blend is a favourite. Check out the DIY below.
