To my highly productive friends. You’ve nailed your goals but you’re pooped. Know that feeling tired is NOT NORMAL. I don’t care how many kids or dogs you’re looking after or how ‘big’ your job is. When a women (or anyone) says they are tired, I believe them. (we are NOT complainers). Period.

What you’ll want to understand is that drinking all the coffee or boosting energy with sugar is only making the problem worse. As it’s masking the real problem, which could be rooted in your adrenal glands or chronic stress or what I call ‘push’ energy. Know there are some simple strategies you can incorporate into your life that will get you feeling like your former self again. Honestly, one major cause of fatigue is blood glucose dys-regulation. Let’s get that sorted because if you don’t fix this now, you will have a bumpy ride through life. This is where I start with most of my clients no matter what they are coming to be for - it’s that important.
