With over 20 years in the organization development field and a background in Human Resources, I have diverse experience in working with leaders to develop solutions to people and process issues.

Just like digging for issues within the body that may lead to disease, we can dig into your structure, goals and talent to find the root of performance issues.

Workshops are great, but training is not always the answer.

Good performance all starts with a clearly defined expectation. When people know what they should focus on and have the capability to do the work, they can bring their motivation to perform. If any one of those are missing, it’s nearly impossible for an employee to excel and most often will lead to conflict.

DiSC Training

DISC is a behaviour assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centres on four different personality traits: Dominance, Influence (I), Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Once you know your DiSC style, you can figure out others’ styles and adjust your ‘style in communicating’ to meet the needs of other…with less conflict.

I can organize assessments and then coach or teach the skills required to apply this model immediately. It’s always a fun and enlightening session! Trust me.
