Hello Reset.
It’s that time again…a new year with the promise of a fresh start. Time to kiss bad habits good-bye, trade in our favourite alcoholic beverages for green drinks, our potato chips for kale chips…then bam!
The first week of January ends and we’re parked on the couch watching a Netflix marathon and then we end up reaching for packaged goodies or calling uber all week long because we didn’t have a plan! Sigh. So long resolutions.
Do you find that the additional stress that came in 2020 is starting to creep into 2021 and you are just done with it all? And for some reason, things feel harder this time round. Even though you have mastered the art of mask wearing and working out in your basement.

Sticking to rigid food rules for a while, sure but for a year…maybe not. We both know there will be pizza in your future, or cake or whatever calls your name. Yet, you need to do something. If you’re anything like us after the holidays you feel more ‘meh’ than merry. You will learn some time and money saving strategies that you will be able to use way beyond the 7 days we are coaching you. We dedicated 3 days to preparing and teaching you some helpful strategies.

Well. Because we know that processed foods, wheat, dairy and sugar all contribute to inflammation, we’ve given you a plan that avoids those foods. But you won’t even notice…promise. This is not about deprivation. It’s focused on flooding your body with nutrient dense foods to replace what you may have lost over a longer period of ‘stress or holiday eating’. We would LOVE for you to feel just how quickly eating clean can impact your energy, mood and so much more!
This program is designed to set you up for success through support and social interaction.
